What materials are used in James Martin vanities?
Our vanities are crafted from premium solid woods such as Oak, Birch, and Poplar, paired with genuine marble, granite, or quartz countertops to ensure lasting durability and luxury.
Does the vanity come fully assembled?
Most of our vanity cabinets arrive fully assembled. However, countertops and sinks may be shipped in separate boxes to prevent damage during transit and will require basic installation upon arrival.
How do you handle shipping for large furniture items?
We use specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers for all vanity shipments. Each order is palletized and crated to provide maximum protection, and the carrier will schedule a delivery appointment with you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for non-defective items.
Are the countertops pre-drilled for faucets?
Yes, our stone tops come pre-drilled with standard 8-inch widespread hole configurations, though some specific modern designs may feature a single-hole drill pattern.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
James Martin Vanities provides a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
