Prepare the Vanity
Ensure the product is securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, marble tops, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Freight Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will help coordinate a professional freight carrier pickup, as vanities require specialized handling due to their weight and fragility.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
